The app has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and we do not sell or share personal data. If you create an account (optional), our server stores: your email address (or, with Sign in with Apple, the anonymous identifier Apple gives us and the email Apple shares, which may be a private relay address), the name you enter, the date you joined and were last active, your plan (Free, Pro or Pro Max) and its renewal date, and for each phone or iPad you sign in on: a session record, the device’s public encryption key and its push-notification token.إذا أنشأت حساباً (اختياري)، يخزّن خادمنا: بريدك الإلكتروني (أو مع تسجيل الدخول بـ Apple، المعرّف المجهول الذي تعطينا إياه Apple والبريد الذي تشاركه، وقد يكون عنوان ترحيل خاصاً)، والاسم الذي تدخله، وتاريخ انضمامك وآخر نشاط، وخطتك (مجاني أو Pro أو Pro Max) وموعد تجديدها، ولكل هاتف أو iPad تسجّل الدخول عليه: سجل جلسة، والمفتاح العام للتشفير الخاص بالجهاز، ورمز الإشعارات.

If you work in a project team, the server also stores the team’s member list (emails and roles) and the shared records – encrypted on the phones, so we cannot read them (see “Team sharing”). Teams from version 1.3 that use invite codes store the display name given by the project manager instead of an email.إذا كنت تعمل ضمن فريق مشروع، يخزّن الخادم أيضاً قائمة أعضاء الفريق (البريد والأدوار) والسجلات المشتركة – مشفّرة على الهواتف فلا نستطيع قراءتها (انظر «مشاركة الفريق»). الفرق من الإصدار 1.3 التي تستخدم رموز الدعوة تخزّن الاسم الذي حدده مدير المشروع بدلاً من البريد.

What the app does on your deviceما يفعله التطبيق على جهازك

• Downloads the encrypted project files you choose from the projects server configured in the app.ينزّل ملفات المشاريع المشفّرة التي تختارها من خادم المشاريع المحدد في التطبيق.
• Checks project passwords and decrypts projects on your device only. The 3D model is kept in memory and is not saved to storage.يتحقق من كلمات مرور المشاريع ويفك تشفيرها على جهازك فقط. يبقى النموذج ثلاثي الأبعاد في الذاكرة ولا يُحفظ في التخزين.
• After a project is unlocked, its programme data (activities, dates, logic and contract details) is kept on your device so the planning tools work offline. It is encrypted with a key held in your device’s secure keychain or keystore and is never sent to us.بعد فتح المشروع تُحفظ بيانات برنامجه (الأنشطة والتواريخ والعلاقات وتفاصيل العقد) على جهازك لتعمل أدوات التخطيط دون اتصال. وهي مشفّرة بمفتاح محفوظ في سلسلة المفاتيح الآمنة بجهازك ولا تُرسل إلينا أبداً.
• My projects – P6 XER files you import are read and stored on your device only, encrypted. They are uploaded only if you share that project with a team, and then only in encrypted form.مشاريعي – ملفات P6 XER التي تستوردها تُقرأ وتُخزَّن على جهازك فقط، مشفّرة. ولا تُرفع إلا إذا شاركت المشروع مع فريق، وعندها بصيغة مشفّرة فقط.
• Notes, registers and records you enter (for example delay events, RFIs, site diary entries, actions and payments) are stored on your device, encrypted in the same way. They leave your device only when you share them yourself (for example as a PDF or Excel file) or, if you joined a project team, as encrypted team records. Private notes on activities are never shared.الملاحظات والسجلات التي تدخلها (مثل أحداث التأخير والاستفسارات ويومية الموقع والإجراءات والدفعات) تُخزَّن على جهازك مشفّرة بالطريقة نفسها. ولا تغادر جهازك إلا عندما تشاركها بنفسك (مثلاً كملف PDF أو Excel)، أو كسجلات فريق مشفّرة إذا انضممت إلى فريق مشروع. الملاحظات الخاصة على الأنشطة لا تُشارك أبداً.
• Calendar – only when you ask, the app adds milestones and contract dates to your calendar. It does not read your existing events.التقويم – عند طلبك فقط، يضيف التطبيق المراحل الرئيسية وتواريخ العقد إلى تقويمك. ولا يقرأ أحداثك الحالية.
• Camera and photos – only when you add a photo to a site diary entry or compare a site photo with the 4D model. • Notifications – the weekly digest is a local reminder scheduled on your device. If you join a project team, your device’s push token is stored on our team server so team members’ updates and project announcements can reach you; the notification passes through Apple’s or Google’s push service (via Expo) and contains only a short title such as “New delay event shared”.الإشعارات – الملخص الأسبوعي تذكير محلي مجدول على جهازك. إذا انضممت إلى فريق مشروع يُحفظ رمز الإشعارات لجهازك على خادم الفريق لتصلك تحديثات الأعضاء وإعلانات المشروع؛ ويمر الإشعار عبر خدمة Apple أو Google (عبر Expo) ولا يحتوي إلا عنواناً قصيراً مثل «حدث تأخير جديد».
• Home-screen widget – shows progress of your last opened project using data already on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere.أداة الشاشة الرئيسية – تعرض تقدم آخر مشروع فتحته من بيانات موجودة على جهازك. لا يُرسل شيء إلى أي مكان.
• If you choose “Remember with Face ID / fingerprint”, the app stores that project password in your device’s secure keychain or keystore, protected by your biometrics. Your biometric data never leaves your device and is never accessible to us.إذا اخترت «التذكر بـ Face ID / البصمة» يحفظ التطبيق كلمة مرور المشروع في سلسلة المفاتيح الآمنة بجهازك محمية ببياناتك الحيوية. ولا تغادر بياناتك الحيوية جهازك ولا يمكننا الوصول إليها أبداً.
