AE PMS 4D (“the app”) is provided by AE Projects Management Services, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“AE PMS”, “we”). By using the app you agree to these terms. If you buy a subscription through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where they differ, these terms add to it.يُقدَّم تطبيق AE PMS 4D («التطبيق») من AE لخدمات إدارة المشاريع، دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة («AE PMS» أو «نحن»). باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا اشتريت اشتراكاً عبر App Store تنطبق أيضاً اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple؛ وحيث تختلفان تُضاف هذه الشروط إليها.Accountsالحسابات
An account is optional. You are responsible for the email address you use and for keeping your devices secure. Give correct information and do not share your account. Pro and Pro Max are auto-renewable subscriptions, monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Plans may also be given to you by AE PMS, for example as part of a services contract.Pro وPro Max اشتراكات تتجدد تلقائياً، شهرية أو سنوية، بالسعر المعروض في التطبيق قبل الشراء. يُخصم المبلغ من حساب Apple ID أو Google Play عند التأكيد. يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم يُلغَ قبل نهاية المدة الحالية بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل، ويُخصم مبلغ التجديد خلال الـ 24 ساعة السابقة لنهاية المدة. يمكنك إدارة الاشتراكات وإلغاؤها من إعدادات حساب المتجر. تتولى Apple أو Google الاسترداد وفق سياساتهما. وقد تمنحك AE PMS خطة أيضاً، مثلاً ضمن عقد خدمات.Your contentمحتواك
Programmes, records, photos and notes you add remain yours. You confirm you are allowed to use and share them (for example under your contract or your employer’s rules). When you share a project with a team, the people you invite can see and add to its shared records. We do not claim any rights to your content and cannot read team records, which are encrypted on your devices.البرامج والسجلات والصور والملاحظات التي تضيفها تبقى ملكك. وتؤكد أنه يحق لك استخدامها ومشاركتها (مثلاً وفق عقدك أو قواعد جهة عملك). عند مشاركة مشروع مع فريق يمكن لمن تدعوهم رؤية سجلاته المشتركة والإضافة إليها. لا نطالب بأي حقوق في محتواك ولا نستطيع قراءة سجلات الفريق المشفّرة على أجهزتكم.Acceptable useالاستخدام المقبول
Do not use the app to break the law, to access projects or teams you were not invited to, to interfere with the service, or to upload content you have no right to share.لا تستخدم التطبيق لمخالفة القانون أو للوصول إلى مشاريع أو فرق لم تُدعَ إليها أو للإضرار بالخدمة أو لرفع محتوى لا يحق لك مشاركته.Professional adviceالاستشارة المهنية
The app is a planning and reporting aid. Calculations (critical path, float, risk, delay, extension of time, damages, cash flow), letter templates and FIDIC references are produced automatically from your data and are not legal, contractual or professional advice. Check results in Primavera P6 and take contractual advice before relying on them in a notice, claim or dispute.التطبيق أداة مساعدة للتخطيط وإعداد التقارير. الحسابات (المسار الحرج والفائض والمخاطر والتأخير وتمديد المدة والتعويضات والتدفق النقدي) ونماذج الرسائل ومراجع FIDIC تُستخرج تلقائياً من بياناتك وليست استشارة قانونية أو تعاقدية أو مهنية. تحقق من النتائج في Primavera P6 واطلب استشارة تعاقدية قبل الاعتماد عليها في إشعار أو مطالبة أو نزاع.Availability and liabilityالتوفر والمسؤولية
We aim to keep the app and the team server available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is”, and AE PMS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, or for decisions made using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.نسعى لإبقاء التطبيق وخادم الفريق متاحين لكننا لا نضمن خدمة دون انقطاع. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو»، ولا تتحمل AE PMS المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو خسارة الأرباح أو البيانات أو عن القرارات المتخذة باستخدام التطبيق. لا شيء في هذه الشروط يقيّد حقوقك بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك.Endingالإنهاء
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we stop the service we will give reasonable notice in the app.يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. وقد نعلّق الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط. وإذا أوقفنا الخدمة فسنعطي إشعاراً معقولاً في التطبيق.Law and changesالقانون والتعديلات
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. We may update them; the effective date above shows the latest version, and important changes are announced in the app.تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين إمارة دبي والقوانين الاتحادية لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. وقد نحدّثها؛ ويبيّن تاريخ السريان أعلاه أحدث نسخة، ويُعلن عن التغييرات المهمة في التطبيق.Contactالتواصل
